2. Credit Purchases ("Pay As You Go")
For one-time purchases of credits, refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:
- Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the credits as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your credits.
Please note that once credits have been used, they are generally non-refundable.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, our refund policy is as follows:
- First-time Subscription: If you are a first-time subscriber and cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund if you have used less than 10% of your monthly allocated credits.
- Subsequent Months: Refunds are generally not provided for subsequent monthly charges once the billing cycle has begun. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Technical Issues: Similar to credit purchases, if a significant and unresolvable technical issue prevents you from using your subscription, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle may be considered.

- Transaction ID or purchase date.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or details regarding technical issues.
